Do you travel?
Of course! We are happy to travel anywhere. The team covers all of NYC, Long Island all the way out to Montauk and Westchester County. The travel fee, parking & tolls are not included in price and are the client's responsibility. Email for details about destination weddings!
Do you offer touch-ups?
We come in the morning/afternoon and work until everyone is out the door. If you would like us to stay with you until after your ceremony, we offer a day rate as well as a half day rate.
My wedding starts at 9:30am, do you guys wake up that early??
Yes we do however there is an early morning fee if the start time is before 7:00am.
When do I pay you?
Final payment is due a week before services.
Is Erica Does Makeup insured?
Yes we are fully insured!
Are you comfortable working with all skin tones/hair types?
We sure are! The team has experience with a wide range of hair types and skin tones.
I'm ready, can you send me a contract?
You have 14 days from the date the contract is sent to review and ask any questions! After the 14 days your wedding date is released to allow other brides the opportunity to book.
I love what I see! How can I reserve my date?
My wedding is in a year, how long should I wait to book my vendors?
Do you have a bridal minimum?
Unfortunately we cannot hold dates without a signed contract & a deposit. Reach out and we'll get right back to you!
It is never too soon to book your vendors! We are in high demand and we hate turning away brides. Saturdays routinely book about 6-8 months in advance.
We require a minimum of 4 people including the bride. This is strictly enforced for holiday weekends. (ie. Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, New Years Eve)
